Tom Dougall

Unit Bridge Manager, Transport Scotland

I have worked on bridges for over 30 years, most recently for Transport Scotland in the North West Unit. Prior to that I worked with a local authority and consultants primarily on bridgeworks and flood protection. I have been involved in the repair to infrastructure, replacement structures and new defences as result of or identified by storm damage. I have also been employed working on the development of action plans associated with emergency response.
