Stephen is experienced in designing, managing, and implementing projects for commercial product ideas with a hardware and software focus. He holds an MEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, an Engineering Doctorate from the University of Strathclyde, and has worked for Agilent Technologies and Freescale Semiconductor.

Before joining CENSIS, Stephen attended Babson College, Boston, one of the top-rated US business schools, as part of Entrepreneurial Scotland’s Saltire Fellowship.
