Nick Johnson
Customer Success Manager – Winter Software Solutions, VaisalaNick Johnson is the customer success manager for Winter Maintenance Software Solutions at Vaisala. Nick ensures that users get the most out of Vaisala’s software offerings. In his 28 years at Vaisala, he has worked closely with customers through training and consultancy. He has trained on a variety of subjects, including weather stations, decision support systems, and road meteorology in Europe and the US. Nick also created and delivered the RWIS monitoring and decision-making modules for the IHE national qualification for winter service decision-makers and managers.
Nick has spoken at conferences in Europe and the US on winter maintenance topics and has contributed to the IHE Winter Maintenance Handbook and The Surveyor Magazine.
Outside of work, Nick is a member of a school academy trust, a Chair of Governors at an infant school, and plays badminton and golf.
