I found the event very informative and took some useful ideas from speakers and exhibitors for future contracts/variations to winter service delivery.

Cold Comfort Scotland was an excellent event with good examples of industry best practice, continual improvement and learning. This combined with the ability to meet suppliers and like-minded industry practitioners and to have networking opportunities with them made it worthwhile attending.
The location was handy, the exhibitors were good and the speaker presentations were very interesting. Great to have a chat with people about what they are doing in their area.
